The company sent engineers to the town on Friday after a total wipe-out of broadband connections.
Businesses have had to close again today due to the outage.
Liam Skelly, who runs Skellys Labels in Moville, fumed: “I’ve just had to take the day off again.
“I rely totally on my internet connection and I can’t take orders in or send orders out. It’s a nightmare.”
Residents have complained and complained, saying their access to the internet had crawled to a halt last week – and it’s worse again today.
Brian Harvey complained: ” I pay for two sperate broadband connections at a whopping €160 per month but I cannot even access any web pages since Saturday night past and I live only 3km from the Moville Exchange.
“This really is a very serious issue that I hope can be resolved soon and I thank you for highlighting this issue on your website today .
“I know we shall never ever see any Fiber broadband internet in Moville but that’s just reality but even now our basic ADSL broadband connection has been totally taken away and Eircom are failing to even try resolve these issues.”
