Not just content with competing, she has coached and managed the national and international teams, both seniors and juniors.
This award not only recognised Triona as a world class competitor but also for the work she has done in promoting, organising and developing water safety over the last 5 years with the Sports Commission
Triona joined the 24/7 in 2013 and completed and won the clubs Try a Tri. In her first Sprint Triathlon in July she acquitted herself well.
She has become a well know member of the club and we would all like to express our congratulations on this great accolade.
