It wasn’t one of the better days at the National Senior Inter-Counties and even-ages held at Dundalk IT with only a young Finn Valley u12 girls squad picking up medals.
There was some encouragement with both u18 boys and girls county teams gaining bronze.
The senior women placed second in the top 10 Ann Marie Mc Glynn 6th and Teresa Doherty 10th.
And with Catriona Devine 37, and Claire Mc Guigan 38, they finished 3rd which was a welcome boost, Finn Valley team was Andrea Browne, Abbie O Connor, Amy Mc Menamin, Chloe Coyle with Sarah Bradley and Demi Crossan in support.
