As a Developer you will be a key member of the software development team, responsible for building and maintaining functionality of our systems.
You will be working on new components as well as aiding the design/development of new products.

You will report directly to the Head of IT and work closely with all areas of the business.
Required Skills and Experience
• Knowledge of farming
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 3 years relevant work experience
• MVC Framework 4.0/4.5 experience
• Experience in Fluent Nhibernate
• Expert knowledge and practical experience of jQuery/JavaScript
• SQL Server 2008 R2 DB experience
• Knowledge of knockout and CQRS design pattern
• Experience working in WebAPI and third party webservice
• 2-3+ years front-end Web application development experience
• Participate in design, development, and delivery of all new components.
• Key contributor in all phases of software development including requirements gathering / definition, product design, development, testing, delivery, and support, etc.
• Map the farmers needs to deliverables whilst demonstrating advanced development skills
• Experience at troubleshooting customer issues.
• Creative and Innovative thought leadership in User Interface layout and design.
• Experience designing highly interactive and responsive UI’s
• Experience with rapid prototyping and production quality code
• Working knowledge of web accessibility guidelines, data object and page optimization practices, etc.
• Cross Browser mark-up with a thorough understanding of browser bugs and incompatibilities.
• Experience in developing intuitive user interfaces for the web, for desktop and mobile.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrable portfolio of work.
• You will be commercially aware, able to observe a farmer’s business process and make recommendations were appropriate.

Marketing Assistant
We are looking for is a creative marketing assistant with high energy. A self-starter capable of working on their own initiative, whilst also being capable of working as part of a team.
Strong organisational and written content skills with the ability to communicate these effectively.
The will be required to generate content across multiple mediums and ensure that it is pushed out on a weekly basis.
The role will be based in our HQ in Donegal, travel is also a requirement for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications
• Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
• Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature.
• Writing articles and promotional material
• Working to tight deadlines to push content out on a weekly basis
• Preparing interesting written copy for the website, work with subject matter experts to extract relevant marketing material.
• Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites.
• Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases.
• Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials.
