Last Sunday at Otway was as bright and calm a day as we can expect at this time of the year, but even the normally ‘calm’ Patsy Gallagher was losing patience when his team mates were not performing up to the standard required to make any progress on the leaders.
Nobody could catch the trio of Seamus Gallagher, Richard Duffy and Noel Fisher, in the race to victory with an impressive score of 8 under par.
With the annual debate starting again about the advantage a fourball has over a threeball, a threeball has taken the prize for the 2nd week in a row, so the debate is sure to continue.
Another chance comes next Sunday at the usual time of names in to 9158319 by 11.45 for a 12 noon tee-off.
Cards (25) are also continuing in the clubhouse every Wednesday evening, kicking off at 7pm
