Patrick Gildea Hairdressing love to hear feedback from their valued clients on their salon experience.
This is why in order for them to continuously develop they created a system that clients could email them after a visit to give them honest verified feedback.
Since the creation of the North West Hairdressing “Centre of Excellence” they have received so many fantastic reviews we felt it would be a shame not to share them with you!
Patrick himself is so grateful to all their clients for their feedback.

Rebecca said “I was given a complimentary consultation on the hair product Nioxin stocked in their salon. The staff explained the range and advised me on the best available for my hair type. Whilst there I opted to have a Nioxin Dermabrasion treatment applied and a blow dry. The salon was buzzing the whole time and what I thought was excellent was not feeling lost which I have felt in other big salons before. That alone will bring me back although so far I am loving the way Nioxin is making my hair feel and look. Definitely recommend it.”

Heather said “When I arrive I do not have to wait very long before I am in the chair & getting down to business, unlike other salons I have used. During the consultation process my stylist actively listens to what I want as well as offering their own professional opinions on what may work but never pushes them and leaves the final decision down to me. The standard of training and experience is evident as from my appointments in the salon I have learned there is a great deal more in achieving the desired shade of “blonde” than just using peroxide! The staff’s interpersonal / communication skills are excellent, they make appropriate conversation but is in no way intrusive or nosey!”
