A Stranorlar man has been sent forward for trial charged with dangerous driving causing death.
Letterkenny Court.
Adrian McCool, of Admiran, Dunwiley, Stranorlar, will appear at Letterkenny Circuit Court on December 9th next.
The 37 year old appeared at Letterkenny District Court this morning.
Garda Inspector Michael Harrison told the court that the DPP has recommended the case go forward for trial at the Circuit Court.
The alleged incident happened on November 13th, 2013 at Creggan, Ballybofey.
