Home coming: A huge thanks must be made to all who turned out to welcome the Minor and Senior County teams back to Donegal Town. It was a very special night. To send such a very caring message to all involved on the squads was crucial.
These athletes and their management teams have achieved incredible things. They are truly inspirational. They have inspired many tens of thousands in Donegal and beyond. They are living legends in the true sense of the word. They have achieved greatness and their achievements will inspire further glory in the coming years.
Through their actions they have changed everything that was before. In the words of WB Yeats, “all has changed and changed utterly” because of your actions football in the country has been taken to a higher level. Thanks lads, to each and everyone of you.
