The hotel needs a Full time & Part Time Receptionist.
“We are expanding our reception and reservations team due to demand, which has consistently increased over the past 5 years,” says the hotel’s Carolynne Harrison.
“We are heading into what most hotels would consider a quieter period, however, this is not the case for The Mount Errigal Hotel. We have built very strong foundations in customer service and standards throughout the hotel, every area of the hotel has been renovated and refreshed in some shape or form.
“Our level of repeat business is extremely high in comparison to the industry average. We have a strategy of looking after our repeat guests and offering them the best possible rates with free upgrades to executive suites.
“This summer we have again seen record highs in occupancy and RevPar. We do attribute a lot of the success to the strong Sterling to euro exchange rate and of course, the beauty of the Wild Atlantic Way.”
Carolynne says the Mount Errigal’s competitive & creative packages have worked very well and have built momentum each year.
“We are passionate about customer service and we expect possible candidates to have the same passion. Our guests initial welcome to the hotel is very important so we are seeking positive, bubbly people to join our current excellent team on the front desk,” she says.
“We are seeking ambitious candidates who want to make a career in the hospitality industry, experience would be preferred in a similar role, however training will be provided.”
