Staff and students from St.Eunan’s College have come out in force to support their fellow pupils and Maths teacher ahead of Sunday’s crucial double header with Dublin at Croke Park.
Minor stars and St.Eunan’s pupils Conor Morrison, Michael Miller, Cormac Callaghan, Connall O’Boyle and David Tyrell are first up to face the Dubs in their MFC semi-final at 1.30pm.
Then their Maths teacher Colm McFadden will look to shoot Donegal into their second All-Ireland final in three years.
Staff and fellow students came out in support of the players by proudly wearing their Donegal colours at school today.
It’s the first time in Donegal’s illustrious history were both the Minors and Seniors play in All-Ireland semi-finals on the same day.
Sunday promises to be an historic occasion and Donegal fans are praying for a double win over Dublin.
Principal Chris Darby told Donegal Daily, “It’s a wonderful achievement for the school to have so many representatives involved on what is an historic day for Donegal GAA.
“We just want to wish all the players involved all the very best, and hopefully both sides can overcome Dublin and book their place in the All-Ireland final.
