DDTV: ARRANMORE RNLI CREW ON ALL-NIGHT CALL TO STRANDED YACHT

DDTV: Arranmore RNLI lifeboat crew had a long call out to a 30ft yacht in trouble off Gola Island.

The pagers went off just after 2am with the lifeboat crew not returning home until nearly 8am.

The lifeboat crew along with their colleagues from Bunbeg Coast Guard were called out to assist a 30 ft yacht with two people on board when it dragged its anchor and got stuck on rocks off Gola Island.
