This is the man who had to be woken by a Judge after he nodded off and began snoring in a Donegal court.
Gary Gillen, of Guesthouse End Street, Raphoe, began to snore loudly and had to be awoken by his solicitor Patsy Gallagher.
However, Gillen, a singer-songwriter, fell asleep again and failed to answer the court when his case was called.
Judge Paul Kelly called the case again and noticed that Gillen, 36, was asleep again at the rear of the courtroom.
Solicitor Mr Gallagher was again forced to wake his client from his sleep.
Judge Kelly then asked Mr Gallagher if his client was fit enough to attend court?
The case proceeded once Gillen had been woken by Mr Gallagher when he poked him in the side.
The court heard that unemployed Gillen is charged with assault causing harm at 3 Glendale Drive, Letterkenny on October 26, 2013.
The case was adjourned until September 15th to allow for a medical report on the injured party.
