SHADOW CAST OVER FESTIVAL AFTER MAN’S DEATH

marine barGARDAÍ are investigating the sudden death of a man in Bundoran, where this weekend’s Sea Sessions festival is taking place.

The man – originally from Belfast but living in the seaside town for several years – was found dead in an apartment close to the Marine Bar.

He had been out last night at the festival and was said to be in good form at the Phoenix Tavern in the town.

Gardaí in Ballyshannon are investigating the man’s death.

It happened has hundreds of people flocked to the seaside town for a music festival which continues tonight.
