Oisin at work at the Villa Rose…go along and support him and his family on Wednesday night
THE people of the Twin Towns and across Donegal have been helping to support Oisin Merritt and his family since Oisin’s tragic fall in Mallorca.
Now colleagues and friends at Villa Rose Hotel where Oisin works are coming together tomorrow evening (Wednesday) for a special fundraiser to help the Merritt family.
And they’d like as many of you as possible to turn up.
The Finn Harps reserve player is being treated in hospital since his fall in Santa Ponsa.
Oisin is pictured behind the bar whilst recently fundraising himself for RELAY FOR LIFE, a reflection of his kind hearted nature – let’s get together as a community and show our support for Oisin.
So here’s how you can help in this message from staff at the Villa Rose:
As you might know Oisin Merritt is a member of our bar staff here at the Villa Rose Hotel and as such we are holding a Soccer Quiz fundraiser to support him & his family to help with the costs being incurred at this difficult time.
We are holding it here in the Forge Bar at the Villa Rose Hotel tomorrow night (Wednesday).
We know that the event will be greatly supported by our tight knit team of staff and Oisin is so well known and well liked within the hotel but the more support the better. We’d be very grateful to Donegal Daily readers if they could spread the word and come along.
Details: Villa Rose Soccer Quiz this Wednesday Night in support of our good friend & co-worker Oisin Merritt & his family. All money raised will go directly to Oisin. Starting @9.30pm.
