As part of Active week the club were invited by Illistrin NS to coach in both Hurling and Football.
The children involved enjoyed it with many of them taking part in Gaelic Games for the first time. Thanks to the school and our coaches for their help on the day.

This Saturday at 11am we welcome Milford, Downings and GaothDobhair to PáircnanGael for our U-8 home blitz.
There will be a cake sale in aid of the Girls Camogie teams after all Masses in the community room of the Church of the Irish Martyrs next weekend 21st/22nd June.
Thanks to the club members who helped out with the “Irish Dogs for the Disabled” charity collection in Tesco at the weekend.
It was great to have our club associated with this worthy charity.
With the summer holidays just around the corner we are pleased to announce that Letterkenny Gaels will be holding summer camps in Hurling, Camogie & Football.
The Hurling camp runs from the 7th-11th of July, Camogie from the 16th-18th of July while the Football Cul Camp is on from 28th July to the 1st of August.

The U-14 Hurlers had a great win over Carndonagh last Thursday evening in the County semi-final. They play Dungloe in the Division 2 Final this week.
The Seniors and Reserves had a good win over Robert Emmetts at the weekend. Next up for both teams is Naomh Padraig Lifford this weekend. See Facebook for throw in times. Training continues at PaircnanGael every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm. New players always welcome.
Our U-14 lads played and beat St. Michaels in the Northern Board Division 2 Championship semi-final last week.
They play Robert Emmetts in the Final which will be on in the first week of July.
The team were invited to play in the Tomas Maguire Memorial Tournament in Ardara on Saturday last.
They were defeated by NaomhConaill in their first game and went on to beat NaomhMhuire but came up short against Ardara in the Plate Final.
Thanks to CLG ArdanRátha for the invite and their hospitality on the day.
Another date for the team will be the 28th June when they play in the Provincial Feile at Owenbeg in Derry.

U-6, U-8 & U10 Football continues every Sunday morning at 11am at PaircnanGael.
We are currently looking for girls aged 9-12 to join our U-12 Gaelic football squad. Training on Wednesday evening from 6.30-7.30. Contact Jim Farrell on 086 0566893 for more details.
Camogie training continues every Tuesday evening at PaircnanGael from 6-7pm for 1st, 2nd, 3rd& 4th class. 5th, 6th class & Secondary school on Monday evening 6-7.30pm at PaircnanGael. Contact 086 8163605 for information.New players welcome.
Thenumbers in our club lotto have increased to 28. Any members of Friends of the Gaels wishing to change their weekly numbers should contact John McDermott or Sharon Harnet.
U-16 training continues at PaircnanGael every Wednesday& Friday at 5.30pm. There will be no matches until after the exams.
Hurling training for U-6, U-8, U-10 and U-12 continues at the pitch every Thursday evening from 6.30-7.30pm. Hurleys and helmets provided for training.
