Donegal sports agent Ricky Simms has proven he has talent off the track as well as on it.
The Milford businessman’s sports management company, Pace Sports Management, has posted a profit of more than €800,000 for last year.
Simms, a former Finn Valley runner, has a stable of world-class athletes including the world’s fastest man Usain Bolt and the ever-popular Mo Farah.
The Donegal man has been close personal friends with Bolt for more than a decade.
Simms, a former pupil at Raphoe Royal and Prior, joined KIM Sports Management in 2000, and just a year later started PACE Sports Management with his partner Marion Steininger and associate Duncan Gaskell.
The company manage up to 60 of the world’s top athletes.
Simms has promised to try and keep a date with Donegal sports fans by getting Bolt to visit the county and to perhaps even take part in a fun race.
