Today’s Donegal Daily Weather: We’ve led a charmed existence these past few days as all forecasters predicted showers – and apart from the odd one – it’s been clear, bright and sunny. It was 18C in parts of Donegal on Tuesday and with a mini heat wave due next week it looks like May could be just as nice as April.
Wednesday could see a few more of them (the forecasters) getting it right, with showers predicted over some, though not all, of Donegal.
The west once again looks best. It is certainly going to stay mild as at the light south-easterly winds veer southerly in the afternoon, temperatures hitting 14C to 16C. This is the time forecasters are saying we will see sunshine and those showers.
The best of the weather will be in the morning, according the BBCNi, and showers will quickly die out to leave us with a nice evening ahead.
Thursday and Friday looks like more of the same before it all warms up again at the weekend.
