DONEGAL is set to bask in glorious sunshine and temperatures of up to 23C next week, forecasters say.
Met Eireann and independent forecasters all now say a cooler Friday and Saturday at the end of this week will be followed by a steady rise in temperatures on Sunday and Monday of next week up to around 18C or 19C.
Then warm weather from southern Europe will cover the whole of the country bringing temperatures even higher and lasting for up to a week.
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday of next week look set to see the best of the weather.
