Under 10: The clubs under 10 boys had their first outing of the season on Saturday last. We played hosts to teams from neighbouring clubs St Nauls and Mac Cumhaills on what was a beautiful sun filled morning. Four teams each from ourselves and Mac Cumhaills plus two teams from St Nauls served up some very good football in what turned out to be a very evenly matched competition. All in all it was a very entertaining mornings football. A big thanks to all the boys who turned out to represent the club on the day and to all who helped with the refreshments afterwards. Training continues every Wednesday at 6.15 pm

Camogie: Four Masters 5- 02 – Na Magha 0-00. A great display by the travelling team in the heart of Derry the home of Na Magha camogie and hurling. The Four Masters team played against a strong wind in the first half and battled hard to keep Na Magha at bay. Great goalkeeping by Leah O’Donnell and strong defending by the backs kept Na Magha from scoring. A fantastic display from Sophie Doherty (1:2) and Aoife Regan in midfield. With the wind at their backs in the second half the forwards came strong with great goal scoring from Orlaith Gillespie (2:0) who was player of the match and Kate Smith (1:0) with Katie Conerney-Brogan(1:0) scoring the final goal. A fantastic team display by all the girls – they battled hard for the 60 minutes against a very strong team. Well done to all.
