The wife Mary, sons, daughters and family circle of the late Eamonn Hegarty would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation for the sympathy, kindness and support of so many people at the time of Eamonn’s death. Thanks to those who called to our home, telephoned gave mass cards, sympathy cards, floral tributes or helped in any way and those who travelled long distances to attend the funeral. To the doctors and nurses who cared for Eamonn during his short illness and also the staff of the Donegal Hospice for their special care and attention. Thanks to Fr Neil McGoldrick and Fr Eamonn Hegarty (Leeds) Eamonn’s nephew who celebrated the beautiful funeral Mass, to Fr McGoldrick and Fr Lynch who visited Eamonn during his illness. Thanks also to Gillespie Brothers Funeral Directors for the caring and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements, to the gravediggers, altar servers and Neil McLaughlin for the beautiful music.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Months Mind Mass will be celebrated at St Mura’s Church, Fahan on Saturday April 12th at 7.30pm.
