The Lower Main Street in Letterkenny has been closed off because of fears over an unsafe building.
The derelict building, close to the old Kelly’s building, has partially collapsed.
There are fears that other sheds and a house beside the collapsed building may also be in danger of coming down.
He area has been closed off to traffic while an assessment is carried out.
A building inspection team is due on the site later.
Traffic is being redirected from the area.
