Thanks to everyone that helped to make the Donegal game v Monaghan such a huge success on Sunday. Everyone put in a great team effort to ensure the smooth running of the game. Donegal also got a long awaited win in O’Donnell Park.
The Presentation Night takes place in the Clubhouse this Friday night, March 7th from 8pm. Contact Elaina for tickets on 087-2901541.
The Minor Boys Div. 1 team got off to a winning start on Sunday away to Robert Emmett’s, they are at home to MacCumhaills this Sunday. The Div. 2 team travel to Lifford to face N. Padraig.
The U14 Boys begin this week, with the games on Saturday as a once off. The Div. 1 team away to Milford, the div. 2 team home to MacCumhaills and the div. 3 team home to Glenswilly. Keep an eye on social media for any fixture changes.
Girls U14 Football training is on Thursdays at 6:50pm in Game On. Cost is €3 per night. They are hoping to have a friendly this weekend.
U12 & U14 Camogie is on in Game On on Wednesdays between 6pm and 7pm. New players welcome. Contact Joe Kealy for more details on 087-2446070.
Girls U16 Football training is on Wednesday’s in Game On between 6:50pm and 8pm. Cost is €3 per week.
The boys U16 Football leagues begin in the first week of May, training will be commencing shortly for both teams.
The Child Protection module on Friday night in the Clubhouse had a great attendance, thanks very much to new Minor Board Chairman, Pauric Daly for organising this.
Club Member Donnan Harvey is involved in the Save the Church Lane campaign and as part of the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations they are holding a Traditional Irish Music Session between 4pm and 6pm and they are looking for a few stewards to help out, contact Donnan if you can help on 086-3452457.
Tickets are also on sale for the Lord of the rings 5 Boxing Event v Letterkenny Rugby Club, see special event Facebook page and contact any of the boxers for a ticket for the big event taking place on March 14th in the Mt. Errigal.
