Mulroy College – All-Ireland Champs 2014 –
A CO Donegal girls soccer team are celebrating after being crowned All-Ireland champions again!
Mulroy College in Milford saw off Colaiste Mhuire from Ballymote 3-0 in the Senior B Cup Final in Ballyshannon today.
Caoihme Walsh gave the Donegal girls a 1-0 half-time lead after a well-worked corner.
A Michelle Doherty double in the second half – the first from the penalty spot – saw the Donegal girls home.
Proud principal Fiona Temple said: “The girls have put in so much hard work and I am delighted for all of them.
“We’re on our way home with an All-Ireland title and I am so proud of them all.”
