cross1THE funeral will take place today of a popular young Co Donegal teacher.

Elizabeth ‘Eilish’ McGrory, who was just 34, passed away at Belfast’s Royal Victoria Hospital after a short illness.

The Buncrana native was a much loved member of staff at Loreto Community School in Milford.

Mrs McGrory was on maternity leave after giving birth to her daughter Rose two months ago.

The young mother will be laid to rest after Requiem Mass at St Mary’s Church, Cockhill, Buncrana, at 11am today.
