Rosses AC is delighted to announce the dates for the Spring 5k Race Series for 2014.
This year we have decided to hold the three races in three different venues from which our club draws much of its membership and support. Each race participant will receive points, which are accumulated towards the overall Series winners across a range of race categories.
All three events will provide an opportunity for both competitive and recreational walkers and runners from the local communities to come out and take part in a family friendly environment promoting health, fitness and fun.
If you have made a New Year’s resolution of targeting to walk or run you first 5k run, targeting the North West 10k in May or maybe the Letterkenny Marathon in August then get involved in our 3 races, during the 3 Spring months in 3 different venues with the challenge of a 3% improvement from the first race to the last race.
