Rosses AC held their Adult presentation night on Friday night last with a large turnout.
Ita Gallagher adressed the crowd and updated that we have grown our adult end of the club by 60% with membership now standing at 87 senior athletes.
She acknowledged the many successes during the year noting the mens bronze medal in the Donegal novice and the womens silver medals in Donegal and Ulster Novice and rounded of with fine performances at the All Irelands in Waterford recently.
The Fit For Life section of the club has really taken off and Elise Gillespie and Sinead Diver were noted for their efforts.
Sean McGinley continues to lead the club and his efforts were especially noted and a special surprise birthday cake for Sean added to the occasion.
Special mention was made to Aidan Gillespie and his achievements throughout the year where he won medals at the All Ireland Indoors, Donegal Track and Field, All Ireland Track and Field for Senior and Masters and travelled to the European Masters, Our club athletes continue to grow and our footprint is being felt across athletics and races across Donegal.
A great night was had by all and a special thanks to all club members for their efforts during the year.

O Fearaigh and Marie Boyle, Notable Performances ward – Noel Diver and Pacer Athlete Charlie Doherty.
