ESB workers have restored power to all homes affected by outages on Monday night.
The final 70 homes in Dunfanaghy and a dozen houses near Carndonagh had power restored at midnight.
Hundreds of homes throughout Donegal had been affected by lightning storms on Monday evening.
Local people reported spectacular bolts of lightning, particularly in the west of the county.
