A MILFORD man has been banned from driving for three years at the local district court.
Desmond Morrison, from Foxes Glen, admitted careless driving at The Gap, Milford on March 15 last year.
He also admitted not having a driving license and failing to have insurance.
Inspector David Murphy told Letterkenny District Court that 39-year-old Morrison had two previous convictions for failing to have car insurance.
He imposed a three-year driving ban and sentenced Morrison to a total of 140 hours community service on the other charges.
