A Chinese man has pleaded guilty to his part in a growhouse operation of cannabis in Co Donegal.
Pui Lam Sam pleaded guilty to three charges following the discovery of the growhouse in Ballintra on January 24th last.
Lam Sam appeared at Letterkenny Circuit Court yesterday charged with possession, possession for sale of supply and also the cultivation of cannabis.
Judge John O’Hagan asked if the case related to a growhouse situation and was told it was.
He was remanded in custody to appear at a future sitting of the court for sentencing.
