Donegal Gardai are seeking a European Arrest Warrant for the brother of double-killer John Gallagher.
It follows a complaint by John Gallagher that his brother tried to ram him in his car on August 16th last in Lifford.
The issues arise out of a family dispute between the men going back over a number of years.
John Gallagher appeared at Strabane Court this morning charged with harassing his brother Donal.
However solicitor Oliver Roche outlined the case and said his client had made a complaint against his brother Donal.
He also revealed that John Gallagher also went to Gardai to complain that his brother Donal had smashed his windscreen.
Judge Nigel Broderick was told that a European Arrest Warrant for Donal Gallagher, who lives in Strabane, is now being sought by Gardai.
Donal Gallagher is expected to appear at Strabane Court tomorrow as a witness in the case of harassment against his brother.
A previous court sitting heard how it is alleged that John Gallagher pulled up outside Donal Gallagher’s workplace and made the shape of a gun with his fingers.
