Allsop Space have announced the commercial and residential properties that they will sell at public auction at the RDS in Dublin on 15th October next – and it includes a Co Donegal apartment for just €12,000!
The properties from Co. Donegal also include a 48 bedroom hotel in Moville with a reserve of €175,000, the long leasehold ground floor two bedroom apartment in Letterkenny with a reserve of €12,000 and a freehold plot of land of 10 hectares in Drumkeen with a reserve of €30,000.
The apartment is No3 Westside Apartments, Lower Main Street.
The company used the announcement to reaffirm its pledge- in conjunction with several interest groups- not to offer for sale any repossessed family homes at this or any future auction.
