An inquest into the death of a teenager last spotted leaving a Donegal disco will go ahead next April.

The case of Arlene Arkinson will once again be plunged into the spotlight.

The case has baffled both Gardai and the PSNI for many years.

The young Tyrone woman was last seen leaving a disco in Bundoran 19 year ago and was never seen again.

A full inquest into her presumed death is expected to last more than a month.

The inquest will be heard in Omagh and is scheduled to commence on April 28.

It is understood that one of those who could give evidence in the case is Robert Howard, also known as the Wolfman.

Howard was suspected by many as being involved in Arlene’s disappearance.

However he was later cleared of any involvement in her case.

He could give evidence via videolink from prison where he is serving a prison sentence for other crimes.
