DONEGAL will play Laois in the Round 4 All-Ireland Qualifier in Carrick-on-Shannon, County Leitrim.
Throw-in for the game is at 5pm this Saturday.
With a double header set for Croke Park, RTE has decided to broadcast from there. It’s not known yet if TV3 will cover the Donegal game.
Laois overcame Wexford in the last round away from home with many pundits tipping them to now overcome Donegal.
But Jim McGuinness will rally his troops and bid to overcome overwhelming odds to make the quarter-finals at Croke Park.
Just two teams have turned around six days later to win a qualifier in these circumstances.
But only a fool would write off the All-Ireland Champions.
Mark McHugh however will struggle to return to action after spending last evening in hospital being treated for concussion.
McGuinness has vowed to learn the lessons of Sunday’s defeat to the new Ulster Champions Monaghan.
And he has vowed to lift his players ahead of Saturday’s match.
All the other qualifiers will take place at Croke Park.
