A Polish man is to be sentenced next week for a raid on a petrol station in Buncrana.
Pawel Witek appeared at Letterkenny Circuit Court from Castlerea Prison where he is being remanded in custody since being arrested.
Witek pleaded guilty to the robbery of €1,040 at Collins’ Shop at Cockhill Road, Buncrana on February 11th last.
He also pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a house, the property of Pat McGrenra at Crana View, Buncrana on January 30th.
Witek will be sentenced next Tueday by Judge John O’Hagan.
