THERE was a super-fast 5k hosted by Lifford AC in the town last night, with no less than seven runners finishing with 15-minute times.

Freddie Eron from Derry won the race in 15:17. Foyle Valley’s Keith Shields was runner-up with Finn Valley’s Gerard Gallagher in third place.
