UPDATED: A heartbroken Ramelton family have pleaded with the public to help them find their missing relative.

Teresa Boyce, 59, (pictured), was last seen on Friday morning getting on a bus at 8.30am traveling to Letterkenny.

Her family believe she got off Gallagher’s bus at Sister Sara’s pub at Port Roundabout around 9am and headed along the Pearse Road.

She was due to attend a course at the Create-A-Link building close to Charlie’s Café.

The mother and grandmother is wearing a khaki-brown coat, jeans, white runners and a pink jumper.

Teresa’s family have revealed she is a diabetic and could be in a fragile state.

Her distraught family contacted Donegal Daily this evening and asked us to include a picture of Theresa and these details in a bid to locate her.

“We are very concerned about Teresa safety with every passing hour. If anybody has seen her since yesterday or may know where she is then we are pleading with them to contact us.

“Theresa is a diabetic and she may be in a fragile state. We are asking people to contact her family on 086 8866621 or Letterkenny Garda Station,” said the family spokesperson.

The family have also appealed to anybody who may have spoken with Theresa on the Create-A-Link course in recent days to contact them.

* We do not normally ask our readers to share a link on Facebook or Twitter but we are asking as many people as possibly to do so on this occasion in a bid to find Teresa safely.
