Ireland’s Eurovision entrant Ryan Dolan has made it through to Saturday night’s final.
Ryan, who has strong family including his grandmother from Glenswilly and cousins in Lifford, was one of ten acts chosen tonight to go through.
The 27 year old from Strabane put in an amazing performance with his self-penned song ‘Only Love Survives.’
Many of Ryan’s family and friends have travelled to Malmo in Sweden for the contest.
Ryan was 33/1 going into tonight’s show but those odds must surely now have been slashed.
Ryan wore a leather jacket and trousers and looked relaxed and confident as he delivered a great vocal.
After the semi-final, Ryan said he was really looking forward to Saturday night’s final.
“I was very happy with how things went tonight and I’m delighted we made it through to the final.
“We’re there on merit but it’s up to us to make sure we can go one step further and make Ireland proud,” he said.
