A GARAGE boss has sparked a petrol price war – after slashing his prices by up to 10c per litre.
Mairtin Kelly, owner of Kelly’s Centra at Mountain Top in Letterkenny, has cut the price of diesel to just 145.9c per litre.
And the cost of petrol has also been slashed – to 154.9c per litre.
Both diesel and petrol prices are amongst the CHEAPEST in the county this weekend – and are the cheapest in Letterkenny.
They are also 10c per litre cheaper than other forecourts in Letterkenny this weekend.
Said Mairtin: “We’ve been doing a bit of renovation and we’re nearly there with our new expanded restaurant.
“I thought I’d get into the holiday weekend spirit and it has certainly gone down very well with customers.”
