Two people are taking legal action for compensation after slipping and falling at the Aura, Letterkenny Circuit Court heard.
A barrister told Judge John O’Hagan that there was no dispute over the claims but there was ‘considerable’ disagreement over who was responsible.
The plaintiffs’ actions were either settled or would be settled.
The defendants however, including Aura, architects and others were in dispute over who would settle the bill.
“It’s got to the stage where even the tilers from Portugal are involved,” remarked the barrister.
The defendants were listed in court as Aura Sport & Leisure and others: M Shiel & Co, Ms Holohan, Hegarty & Armstrong, Fishburns, Ennis & Assoc, Mason, Hayes, Curran/Good, Murray, Smith.
Barristers representing three of the defendants told Judge John O’Hagan that two mediators had been appointed to discuss the liability in the case.
Judge O’Hagan agreed to let the dispute over liability move to mediation.
