Training continues on Wednesday and Friday for all age groups at the new time of 6-7pm. Fit4Life group in Carrickfinn on Monday and Wednesday at the earlier time of 6 pm. Walkers and new members welcome. Coaches: Elise Gillespie and Sinead Diver.
The last of the Thursday evening session at the Industrial Estate in Gweedore will take lplace next Thursday 2nd May with a light session before the North West 10k on Sunday 5th May where we will look to get a strong showing from all senior athletes in the club that day. The local Naomh Muire club are hosting a 5k on Friday May 3rd in the Banks and with many of our athletes also involved in the club it will be good to support.
