SADNESS AS PENSIONER DIES IN BUNDORAN DROWNING ACCIDENT

A WOMAN in her 80s has died after an accident in Bundoran.

The body of the pensioner was recovered from the sea near Waterworld this afternoon.

“This appears to be a tragic accident,” said a Garda spokesman.

“Next of kin have been informed.”
