182585_302496649864545_865412925_nErrigal College students are celebrating after being placed second in National Final of Build A Bank 2013.

A group of six Transition Year students attended the National Final in the RDS yesterday, competing against 24 other schools from around the country.

The team was judged by the top executives from AIB head quarters in Dublin.

The students received €1,500 euro one for all vouchers and the school landed itself with an interactive white board.

This is the second time for Errigal college to be placed 2nd. Errigal college is participating in the build a bank for six years reaching the National final five years in a row!

This is another massive achievement for the Business Department who has been very successful this year. Business teachers Danny Mc Fadden and Deirdre Logue are delighted with how the students performed on the day.

“They were a credit to themselves and there family and the school,” said Danny.

“Errigal college would like to acknowledge AIB branch in Letterkenny for all their support to our students in the build a bank, and in particular student officer Rosie Cassidy and Rachel Mc Namara.”
