The Buncrana Men’s Shed has sent out an SOS for tools to keep up their terrific work in the community.

The shed, which has been in existence for almost a year now, is located on the Millbrae, in one of the units behind Stephen Doherty’s Garage, and the men meet there every Tuesday night at 7.30PM, new members are welcome.

The latest project is making wheelbarrows and they hope to have the first one off the production line next Tuesday.IMG_7619

The AGM will be held soon, and all will be notified when a suitable venue is located. Any kind donations of old [or new] tools will be gratefully accepted.

Spot-the-Balls are sold every Friday night in the Drift Inn to help finance the shed.

Also, if anybody would like to sponsor a raffle prize for a good cause!!! The Ubiquitous Restaurant on Buncrana’s Main St has just very kindly donated a meal voucher to the value of 50 Euro. The Shed would like to thank the people of the town for all the goodwill they are receiving.
