Can all managers make sure at the end of training sessions that their players lift any plastic water bottles they have brought to training please. There is a bin up beside the shop so there is one easy enough to get to! The field is getting littered with bottles at present so we all need to be a little more mindful.
The Golf Classic has been pencilled in for Saturday, May 25th this year – the day before the Tyrone game so big interest is expected. If you are interested in playing, helping or sponsoring please contact James Friel on 086-8255474.
All managers are reminded that their players must be registered asap. The club is adopting a zero tolerance policy towards unregistered players due to strict insurance guidelines and no player at any level will be permitted to take the field without being registered. Underage players and managers are reminded that mouth guards are now also compulsory to meet the insurance guidelines and that no players are permitted to play without them, this will be strictly enforced by referees so please remind your players to also have a spare mouthguard. These rules also apply to training sessions, be advised that allowing a player to train or play without a mouhtguard may leave you liable should there be an incident.
We extend our sympathies to the family of Danny McHugh, Lisnennan who passed away earlier this week.
