Robert Emmets: Congrats to Ronan O’Kane on winning our Lotto Jackpot of €1400 at the weekend. Ronan has been a loyal supporter of both club and Lotto over the year and is well deserving of his success and we wish him. The jackpot starts this week again at €1000 and we appeal for your continued support of the Lotto. Our weekly Fri. Night bingo continues to grow in popularity and with new chairs now the comfort of our patrons will be greatly enhanced. Our P. P. Fr. Mc Goldrick must be thanked and complimented on his interest and support of the Hall. We would once again thank Michael Carlin and the C.P.I. Comm. for the loan of their chairs in the past. Ballylast National School: Sponsored walk will take place on Sunday 24th March at 11:30am. The walk will start at the Riverclub, Castlefinn and go to the school. Refreshments will be served afterwards. Fancy Dress is optional. Adults €5 and Children are free. Everyone is welcome.
Messy Hands Baby and Toddler Group: Runs every Tuesday morning in the CPI Centre from11.00am-12.30pm. New members are always welcome and this is a great opportunity to get children socialising from an early age before playschool.
Community Walking Group: Runs every Wednesday morning at 10.30am. All new and past members are welcome. This is a great opportunity to come along and get to know people in the local community under the guidance of your local walking leader. Community Gardening Course: Would you like to learn how to grow your own fruit and veg, avail of the use of a Polytunnell, learn about pests and pesticides and soil testing in the garden?
