The Rosses CDP are hoping to start a new class called the BOKWA its a new Group Fitness Program. Its for all ages Children and Adults welcome. Bokwa participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine. Moving together to today’s most popular music, No counting steps .. no difficult choreography to remember … just moving to popular music hits. This class will commence pending on numbers. Karate for Kids /Adults every Monday night in the Rosses CDP building Chapel Rd Dungloe. Kids from 6pm to 7pm €5 per session and adults from 7 pm to 8pm €6 per session

Thai Chi classes are on every Wednesday morning, the session starts at 11am to 1pm and costs €3 per session. All you need is to wear loose clothing a towel and a bottle of water. For further info Tel the Rosses CDP on 074 95 61686.
Toddler ArtBox
Parents/carers and their toddlers are invited to come to paint and play at The ArtBox on Monday mornings between 10 – 12. If you’re about the town drop in for a cuppa and a play €2 per child. Find us at the CDP building (Old Rubber Factory). Don’t worry if you can’t make it every week, just drop in when you can. Looking forward to seeing you.
