Naomh Mhuire
The U12’s season starts on Thursday 24th January with Training in Dungloe Gym from 6 to 7pm. All players born in 2001 and 2002 qualify to play in this age group. Mouth Guards are now compulsory for all underage players and must be worn for this indoor training. As with last year there is a hall fee of €2 and all players are asked to wear runners and bring water.
The club had five Coaches on a foundation course in Gaoth Dobhair at the weekend. Mary Doherty, Michael Kavanagh, Martin Bonner, Seamus O’Ferraigh and Aidan McGinley completed the course. There will be another course in February in Dunfanaghy and we hope to get more people on this.
Mouthguards – please note this is a requirement for all now for training and games as passed by GAA headquarters. This is a requirement for all senior and underage players. The Bord na nÓg request all parents to purchase the mouthguards which are available locally in any sport shop. No mouthguard – no training or playing.
