Gardai and officials from Donegal County Council were at the scene of a controversial bridge in Cloghan after a fish lorry became stuck crossing the bridge.
The bridge at Letterbrick was installed a few weeks ago as a temporary measure after the original bridge became unsafe.
However locals have complained the new iron structure is too narrow and vehicles are continually becoming wedged at the bridge.
The latest incident happened yesterday evening when a lorry containing fish got stuck around 9pm.
It is understood that three other vehicles also damaged wheels crossing the bridge yesterday.
