The clubs annual development draw which was due to take place on Sat.10th November will now take place on Sunday 2nd December in arena 7. Tickets are €10 each or a book of 3 for €20 and are available from all players and committee members.
The Christmas club is now open and merchandise can be viewed at the club Website www.bonageeunitedfc.webs.com or at the Club House. The Donegal league team defeated Convoy 5-1 away last week with goals from Lee Mc Monagle (2) Darren Coyle, Paddy Mc Laughlin; they are home to Drumkill Rovers this Sunday in the Ulster Junior Cup.
The under 12 team advanced to the next round of the national cup, when they will play Kilmacrennan after they defeated St Mary’s of Clonmany 4-2 last Saturday. Johnathan Cody scored a splendid hat-trick, while Adam Murphy supplied the other goal. On Sunday afternoon Jordan Nugent and Dylan Doogan each scored a hat-trick as they defeated Lagan Harps in a league encounter. They are away to Swilly Rovers this Saturday.
The under 14 team defeated Ballyraine 5-0. Scorers were Oisin Purdy, Tomas Mullen, and a hat-trick from James Carolan. Conor Farrell and Aaron Wasson also impressed.
The youth team suffered a heavy defeat to Letterkenny Rovers.
Under-age managers are once again reminded to send a detailed match report to the PRO by 8pm every Monday evening. There were no jackpot winners last Sunday in the clubs weekly lotto draw. Numbers drawn were 2,4,6,7,13,14 lucky no. was 4. There were three match five winners Susanna Coyle Fanad, Philomena Gildea Correnagh and Jack Gildea Correnagh each get €20.
