After a competitve tender process, AVIVA has announced that Letterkenny woman Sharon Roarty has won the tender to become their tied Agent in Donegal.
Face2Face Insurance Solutions, the new face of AVIVA in Donegal, will begin trading on Monday 3rd December from the existing AVIVA office at Lower Main Street, Letterkenny.
Meanwhile, One Direct will service any remaining AVIVA clients who do not transfer to Face2Face Insurance Solutions.
Sharon Roarty has worked with the company for 21 years and with that comes expert knowledge and an appreciation for customer needs.
Speaking ahead of her new business venture Sharon says, “I’m delighted to become a tied agent for AVIVA in county Donegal after a very competitive process. Not only does it mean continuity for existing AVIVA customers with some of the same faces, it also means that a new business has opened in Letterkenny – good news for the local economy.
“The Face2Face Insurance Solutions name actually reflects our unique personal service”, says Sharon.
“What I’ve learned over the past 21 years is that customers want one-to-one contact, somebody they know at the other end of the phone, and a local presence. We guarantee this in our new company. So what does that mean for our customers? It’s the same old faces with continued face-to-face service but with a new look and no queues or call centres.”
Joining Sharon in Face 2 Face Insurance Solutions will be Ramelton-born Sharon Duffy, her co-worker and AVIVA employee of 11 years.
“Our long established relationships with our customers gives us a unique opportunity to provide continuity to the relationships that our customers previously enjoyed,” says Sharon Duffy.
